It is not possible to reserve spaces at reception, as this is a public parking lot.

If you plan to leave early in the morning, please leave your keys with security at the reception desk.

The key boxes are located at the entrance to the first stairwell of the building. The boxes are on the left side of the entrance. Each box is marked with an individual number corresponding to the number provided in the self-check-in instructions.
Check-in before the standard time of 3:00 p.m. is only possible upon prior confirmation by the reception desk and is not guaranteed. On the day of arrival, please contact the reception desk after it opens to find out if your room is ready.
If a room is available, early check-in does not incur any additional costs.
Check-out by 11 a.m. is free of charge; later check-out may incur additional costs.

Yes, it is possible to order additional room cleaning. The service must be requested at the reception desk at least one day in advance. Additional cleaning is a paid service – detailed information on costs is available at the reception desk.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments.
Please observe this rule – for the comfort and safety of all guests.
If you break the smoking ban, you will be charged a penalty of PLN 500.
